Builds & Renovations

The mainstay of our firm, this service is geared towards creating or transforming a home in its entirety. From conceptual design to execution, our team works hand-in-hand with trades to create floor plans & elevations, selection documents, and on-site leadership throughout construction to deliver unique spaces with bones that are rich with detail and interest.

Furnishing & Interiors

Perfect for clients looking to transform their home, but are not looking to alter the bones. These projects typically involve furnishings for multiple rooms, as well as lighting, window treatments, and wall coverings. Past examples include: living room refreshes with new furniture, layout and styling; unique powder rooms with wallpaper and lighting; and primary bedrooms with furniture and decor.

Our Process

We offer a transparent, client-oriented process that allows us to translate our shared vision into

unique and artful spaces. Below is a peek into how we work hand-in-hand with our clients.

  • PROJECT KICKOFF & ALIGNMENT
    Once proposals have been approved, each project kicks off with a site visit to measure and photograph your spaces. From there, we meet with our clients to firm up the scope of the project, outline project milestones, and align on the functional needs of each space, the look and feel our client is seeking, and their budget.
  • CONCEPT DESIGN
    This is where the design starts to take shape. Our design process is holistic, taking into account not just the aesthetic but also how your home will function. We present a conceptual design plan with inspiration imagery, color palette and finishes, and initial ideas for key pieces in each space. For new build projects, we'll also floorplans and provide guidance on room sizes, window placements and sight lines, potential furniture space planning, and architectural features that will become key design elements.
  • SELECTIONS
    In this phase we translate the conceptual design into selections. We have curated a base of exceptional vendors and suppliers that give us the ability to source materials, furnishings and decor across a range of styles and levels of customization. A typical interiors project involves literally hundreds of individual decisions in order to get a space right -- while new build projects require thousands. We will guide you through those decisions to ensure you can maximize value and beauty from your investment in your home.
  • DESIGN EXECUTION
    Once selections have been made, we shift our focus to bringing our design plan to life. For projects with construction, this means providing elevations and detailed drawings to trades, attending regular site visits, and delivering solutions as they arise. While we do not oversee contractors as a part of our scope, we help to facilitate communication to ensure trades are aligned on the vision of the design. For interiors, we work closely with manufacturers throughout production to ensure each piece meets or exceeds our standards of quality. Once items arrive, we are hands-on throughout the installation phase, which includes white-glove delivery and styling down to the last pillow, throw and accessory from our design team.
